The acronym comes from the original Russian name of the methodology, usually translated as Theory of Inventive Problem Solving. TRIZ offers concepts and tools supporting the systematic identification and solving of problems. Contrary to other solution generation methods, which are typically based on a trial-and-error formula, TRIZ uses an algorithmic approach directly aimed at the required outcome. This approach was adopted by numerous global corporations and contributed to their development through innovations, with General Electric, Philips, Samsung, and Siemens being well-known examples.

In the beginning, TRIZ addressed mainly mechanical design, but later it was successfully introduced not only to other technical areas but also to business and management. One of the fundamental findings of TRIZ is that all solutions are built upon a small set of generic solutions, called 40 inventive principles. Another outcome, often indicated as the most important, is that the development of technical systems follows certain common patterns, and therefore the innovative potential of existing and future solutions may be systematically forecasted and explored.

About the conference

TFC2022 is the 22nd edition of the TRIZ Future Conference. As usual, it is organized by ETRIA in partnership with the local university to emphasize connections to academia. The conference will provide a forum for exchanges around the latest research and practical achievements regarding TRIZ and the systematic approach to innovation. To date, the conference has been organized in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, and the UK. The moving location stimulates the growth and cultural diversity of the TRIZ community.

The conference usually lasts three days with 45-80 paper presentations and gathers 50-130 participants, depending on the venue (75-80 on average). The research papers are included in the conference proceedings published by Springer and indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. The practitioner’s papers are published in selected journals ensuring international recognition. Two latest editions, namely TFC2020 and TFC2021, were successfully conducted online.

                                                                PLATINUM PACKAGE
SPONSOR LOGO:
• logotype 2 times larger than in the case of the Gold Package,
• placed on the conference website along with a redirect to the Sponsor’s website,
• placed in conference proceedings,
• placed on the badges of conference participants,
• included in the acknowledgments sent after the conference.
ADVERTISING MATERIALS:
• 3 rollups: at the registration desk, in the main hall, in another place agreed with the organizer,
• possibility of attaching promotional materials to gift sets distributed to conference participants.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:
• exhibition stand up to 4 m2,
• participation in the conference by two Sponsor’s representatives at no additional charge,
• Sponsor’s substantive presentation delivered during the conference – topic and content to be agreed with the organizer – duration 15-20 minutes,
• Sponsor’s promotional presentation displayed during the break – duration up to 5 minutes.
Net price: 20 000 PLN

                                                                       GOLD PACKAGE
SPONSOR LOGO:
• placed on the conference website along with a redirect to the Sponsor’s website,
• placed in conference proceedings,
• placed on the badges of conference
participants.
ADVERTISING MATERIALS:
• 2 rollups: at the registration desk and in the main hall,
• possibility of attaching promotional materials to gift sets distributed to conference participants.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:
• exhibition stand up to 2 m2,
• participation in the conference by two Sponsor’s representatives at no additional charge,
• Sponsor’s promotional presentation displayed during the break – duration up to 5 minutes.
Net price: 10 000 PLN

                                                                           SILVER PACKAGE
SPONSOR LOGO:
• placed on the conference website,
• placed in conference proceedings.
ADVERTISING MATERIALS:
• 1 rollup placed at the registration desk.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:
• exhibition stand up to 2 m2,
• participation in the conference by one Sponsor’s representative at no additional charge.
Net price: 5 000 PLN

                                                                                  BRONZE PACKAGE
SPONSOR LOGO:
• placed on the conference website,
• placed in conference materials.
ADVERTISING MATERIALS:
• 1 rollup placed at the registration desk.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:
• 10% discount for Sponsor’s representatives.
Net price: 2 000 PLN

About TRIZ TRIZ is a systematic approach to innovation devised by Genrich Altshuller in the 1950s, which spread out worldwide over decades.
